Romeo, our newest rehab bobcat, was found in a residential neighborhood injured and starving after being hit by a car. After getting the call, Big Cat Rescuers immediately went to his rescue to save him. Check out our rescue efforts and his first doctor visit.
We noticed that recently rescued bobcat, Philmo, was developing mats on his hind end. That is not very common for a young bobcat of his age. So we took him in for an exam, and you will never believe what we found!!!
Romeo the rehab bobcat started to get very restless in his indoor recovery cage as we watched as he tried to find a way to escape. So we modified our outdoor recovery enclosure to fit his special needs. Now it is time that he goes outside.
